Icelandic lamb is known for its leaner, delicate texture and wonderful mild flavor.  Even people who aren’t lamb eaters love it! We have our pasture-raised lamb available each fall, and pre-orders of butcher boxes will be available. Currently lamb is only available locally, but we hope to start shipping in the future.
