New this year! Sampler boxes of our pasture-raised Icelandic lamb. These are a great way to try a variety of lamb cuts without committing to a whole lamb share. Whether you are new to lamb or already love it, this a is a great way to try it all!
 
Boxes come in two sizes:
 
Small Lamb Sampler (~10 lbs of cuts):
 
 
-1 boneless leg roast
-1 shoulder roast (may be boneless or bone-in)
-1 pack of shanks (2 per pack)
-2 packs of chops (4 per pack)
-1 pack of stew meat
-1 pound of ground
-1 pack of spare ribs
 
Large Lamb Sampler (~15 lbs of cuts):
 
 
-1 boneless leg roast
-1 shoulder roast (may be boneless or bone-in)
-2 packs of shanks (2 per pack)
-3 packs of chops (4 per pack)
-2 packs of stew meat
-2 pounds of ground
-2 packs of spare ribs
 
We occasionally may need to make substitutions, but you will still receive the correct approximate weight and a nice variety of cuts. Substitutions will be items of equal or greater value.
 
Lamb sampler boxes are for local pick up only and cannot be shipped. Please select FARM PICK UP at check out.
